• Arrival visa is the visa you can collect upon arrival at the airport. The advantage of an arrival visa is you don't need to contact the Vietnamese embassy prior to your trip. We handle all necessary documents and processing.
• You will need to have an approval letter upon arrival which is issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. Airlines accept this letter and you can collect your entry visa upon arrival at airports in Vietnam.
• We can apply for you to get a visa upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), at Danang Airport, or Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi).
We will send you the approval letter within 3-4 business days after you send us all information as follows:
• Full name on passport
• Gender
• Passport number
• Date of expiry
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Proposed date of arrival
• Flight number and time
• Fax number where we can fax you or your email address forward to you.

• US$25 in cash for one month single entry or $50 for multiple entry
• A valid passport
• 2 photos, 4cm x 6cm in size.
